The options, pricing, choices and abundance of decisions with building a custom home can sometimes be overwhelming.  Sanctuary Builder is sensitive to your budget and time so we have created four levels of included features packages for our customers to choose from. We can accommodate any lifestyle and budget with our four series of packages priced from $101 per square foot to $240 per square foot.  These packages are available as is however; Sanctuary Builder offers you the flexibility of adding or deleting options to accommodate what you desire in your custom home.  You may also choose to design your house without these packages in mind however; we would like to offer the opportunity review our packages to get an idea of pricing for various material levels.
