Tempe Crossings – two 1500 square foot office build outs for medial and general office usage.
Starting at the design concept of the grey shell project, Sanctuary Builder worked closely with the clients on the design, layout, and material selections for the two office spaces. Upon completion of the design work and estimate, Sanctuary Builder was hired for the project management and build out of the medial and office suites.

Warner Village – 2000 square foot office build out for a profession office suite.
Sanctuary Builder was contracted for the complete scope of work starting with the design and build out of the grey shell building. Our management and involvement with every detail of this project provided our client with the benefits of our full service general contracting and design services.

Escuda Office Complex – 3200 square foot medical office build out.
Recommended by the client’s designer, Sanctuary Builder was selected to complete the build out a 3200 square foot medical office for a group of GI specialists. This space was built from grey shell to completion with specifications from the designer and architect.

Roosevelt Industrial – 2500 square foot industrial office remodel.
Sanctuary Builder was hired to design and remodel existing office space. Our client’s project included moving walls, cabinetry, stone work, kitchen and bath updating, paint, lighting, doors and trim, furniture selections and a lobby.

Roosevelt Industrial – 3500 square foot industrial office rehab.
Our client’s were moving into an office that needed a lot of repair work to the interior space as well as to the mechanicals. Primarily having to focus on bringing the building up to code, we delivered them usable and comfortable work space with a limited budget and on schedule.

Sales and Design Center – 1000 square foot retail build out.
Sanctuary Builder built out the retail space for a client to use as a sales and design center.

Engineering Firm Corporate Center – completion of the top floor of a 20,000 square foot corporate center.

Preferred TI Contractor for Cottonwoods Plaza – over 36,000 square foot mixed office and retail usage.

Our commercial experience also includes a Country Club super structure, Church super structure, concrete and masonry work for buildings and public parks, and the remodeling of two federal air bases.
