We use only the most qualified subcontractors for general and finish carpentry, door/trim work, painting, cabinetry, drywall, flooring, sprinkler, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, electrical, specialty trades and any other work. We negotiate contracts with supply vendors and have aligned ourselves with the most qualified subcontractor businesses that perform at our same level of quality and customer satisfaction. Since opening in 1999, we have built an extensive network of trade partners. Our trade partners on each project are selected on three criteria; 1) competitive pricing; 2) quality workmanship and 3) ability to meet client’s project requirements and timelines. We value our trades as a successful component of your project and therefore, we request their input and expertise before, during and after each project. Our management, coordination and scheduling of each trade is our specialty and benefit to you. After each project, Sanctuary Builder conducts a project completion evaluation with our team members and trade partners. Every component is assessed and measured for continued improvement.
